Men’s Class

Men ! This is an invitation to an unusual Class…
Two years ago we started to develop our gender specific Classes. We called them then Mountains & Valleys, as giving us the idea and the imagination of arising and descending energy waves representing the male and female principles.
The Classes revealed a beautiful modality and began to give space to delicate yet powerful encounters and new lands in us to explore.
NEW ADAM
The men will gather amongst them and will work in the scale of male energy and its direct and concrete expression.
My experience on physical work and many many body practices shall stimolate the research into our male essence. Clarity of the mind, security of our proper being and gentle decision are requisites to put into action our human spirit expression .
to participate
The Classes are open to all men to whom some experience of movement is helpful. Nonetheless there is no particular technique required but readiness to tap into the body’s energy and into eventually new practices.

Uomini ! Un’invito a una Classe non del tutto usuale…
Sono due anni che abbiamo cominciato a sviluppare le Classi specifiche per gli uomini e per le donne. Le abbiamo chiamate Mountains & Valleys perché ci ridava l’idea e l’immagine di onde energetiche che salgono e ridiscendono, rappresentando in questa loro danza il principio maschile e il principio femminile.
Le Classi si sono rivelate una vibrante modalità di incontri che hanno dato spazio alla ricerca di nuove lande in noi da esplorare.

Gli uomini lavorano tra di loro nella gamma dell’energia maschile e la sua diretta e concreta espressione.
Attraverso la mia esperienza di lavoro e di pratiche sul corpo darò stimolo alla ricerca della nostra essenza maschile che necessita di chiarezza, sicurezza del proprio essere e gentile decisione nell’azione.
