Dear friends and students,
it is only in the last weeks that we realized and really understood the gift of the forced stop.
We are grateful for having been confronted with very strong fears, in my case ( Barbara ) I found myself in a kind of soul survival.
Yes, we encountered a moment of extreme economic scarcity. But this will pass.
And we felt from inside that we needed to change.
Ourselves.
We are asked right now by the universe to understand, to discern and to recognize.
We are changing into new paradigms. We may not see it yet because distracted by the extreme chaos in front of our eyes.
What we think, that will happen.
So why not go inside?
And we went inside, trying to find our hearts.
When we cannot feel our heart we are searching for it, again and again.
In our heart there is Love. And in Love there is no fear.
We started to feel compassion like never before. Forgiveness knocked on our inner doors. And peace and hope.
When anger and helplessness come back, we turn, again, into the heart.
And there is no doubt, our future is there.

Ai nostri amici e studenti,
Solo nelle ultime settimane stiamo realizzando e comprendendo il dono dentro questo forzato stop.
Ora accogliamo con gratitudine l’avuto confronto con paure molto forti, nel mio caso ( Barbara ) mi sono trovata in una forma di morte dell’anima.
Stiamo incontrando un momento di estrema scarsità economica, ma siamo convinti che passerà.
E dentro noi abbiamo sentito che dovevamo cambiare qualcosa.
Noi stessi.
Da una forza universale ora ci viene richiesto di comprendere, di discernere e di riconoscere.
Stiamo cambiando in nuovi paradigmi. Può darsi che ancora non li vediamo perché distratti da un culmine di caos davanti ai nostri occhi.
Quel che pensiamo, accadrà.
Non c’era nient’altro che il Me.
Siamo entrati dentro noi, ognuno per se, cercando di trovare il nostro cuore.
Ogni volta che non sentiamo lo stiamo cercando, ancora e ancora.
Nel nostro cuore c’è Amore. E in Amore non c’è paura.
Abbiamo cominciato a sentire la compassione come mai prima, e perdono bussava alle nostre porte interiori. Come anche pace e speranza.
Quando rabbia e senso di impotenza tornano, – di nuovo dentro nel cuore.
E non c’è dubbio, il nostro futuro è là.
Le immagini e le voci sopra sono una nostra visione sull’Adesso.
